What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Burning Sensation During Urination?

I'm 45 yrs old and I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 27.
This morning I had some fresh spotting of bleeding for the first time.
I Have an Extra over active bladder and was told I Didn't have Any Infection.
Yet it burns and hurt Plus I have Cyst on Both Overies that's Never Healed in 2 yrs. I hurt. What's going on?? Can you Please help me. I Don't Have any Health Insurance yet.

Hi,

Most probably it is due to urinary tract infection (UTI). You can go for a urine routine test to look for any signs of infection and also better to go for a urine culture also. As of now drink plenty of water to flush of the infection. If symptoms persist better to go for a physician and get evaluated.
