What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Headache And Dizziness?

Hi, I am 29 years old, and have been on the pill since i was 16. My period this month was 2 days late and it hasnt really been a period just spotting for 2 days. My periods have always lasted for 5 days at least. I have been feeling unwell, headaches and extremely exhausted.
