What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Menstrual Cramps Post Miscarriage?

I had an abortion just over 4 weeks ago , 2 days ago i had light spotting and thought i may start my period but i only saw blood that one time and now im cramping like menstrual cramps and no bleeding , it seems like it was implantaion bleeding. Could i be pregnant again and if i test will it be accurate ?

Post miscarriage, it will take some time to clear all the contents in the uterus and also takes some time for your hormones to come back to basal levels. Till then you will have such symptoms, may be for about a couple of months. Once your cycle sets in to normal, things will be alright.
