What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Pain Post Intake Of Postinor?

I ad unprotected sex wit my partner,he released on ma laps BT bfr den he ejaculated(precum)at d lips of my vagina buh didn t penetrate,was scared of getn pregnant,so he got me postinkr 2..after tkn itvlyk 2mins later I urinatef n a light n dark drop of blood came out from my vaginal,n I feel D s sharp pain across my abdomen n vagina with dizzleness..pls help..wat s wrong wit me?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Postinor is a emergency contraceptive pills contain progesterone hormone
that produce hormonal imbalance.
So it think it is due to hormonal imbalance as a side effects of pill.
Spotting is due to withdrawal bleeding.

Following are the side effects of morning after pill.

It will remain for for 4-5 days
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Fatigue
Headache
Breast tenderness
Bleeding between periods or heavier menstrual bleeding/spotting
Lower abdominal pain or cramps

So I think it is be side effect of pills.
Just take tablet meftal spas 2 times per day.
Drink more water
Take rest
Take healthy diet

You can check by Urinary HCG kit /Blood HCG methods if period will be delayed
Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancy
