I am about six wks pregnant. I have been expieriencing some mild to moderate cramping and occasionaly have some pink in color on the toilet tissue after ur inating. my hcg levels were 887.9 yesterday afternoon. Is this something to be concerned with?

Yes such cramping and spotting may indicate threatened abortion which may be due to decreased progesterone levels or hcg levels or urine infection or any retroplacental hemorrhage .obstetrician should be consulted for proper evaluation along with other investigation like usg , urine culture and then managed accordingly
