What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Cramps After Withdrawing Depo Shots?

About an hour ago I went pee and when I looked in the toilet there was a small drop of blood and a white thing with some blood on it. I have been having cramps once in a while each day. I was on birth control (depo ) came off of it in September 2015 have not had a period sense I started it in July 2015. It couldn t have been a miscarriage cause I have not had sex in over a year. I m just concerned and would like to know what s wrong with me. I feel fine besides the cramps.

Vaginal spotting with cramps after withdrawing progestrone is termed as withdrawl bleeding. Progestrone has suppressed the menstrual bleeding, after stopping it withdrawl bleeding is expected and that caused spotting that is begining of menstruation. A white thing coming per vagina is mucoid secretions which are a normal secretions. Cramps during menstruation is too a normal .you have to wait and watch, at the mo ent there is nothing abnormal. For cramps if i have to treat i will advice tab mefspas three times a day.
