What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Left Abdominal Pain After Masturbation?

Hi I just got off of my period about four days ago. Masturbated today. But had red blood on my fingers (didn t look like old blood). Still cramping on the left side of my belly a little bit. Also my period was a week later than it should have been and lasted a couple days longer than usual

I understand your concern.
What problems you are experiencing of vaginal spotting after masturbation could be due to mechanical injury like abrasions to the vaginal mucosa. Kindly wash the area with luke warm water and adding mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day and see to it it does not get infected. Usually, such injuries would heal by itself.
Left abdominal pain could have been caused due to spasm of abdominal musculature during the act. Kindly take analgesic-muscle relaxant medications like ibuprofen with chloroxazone after food to get relieved from it.
Next time, be careful not to hurt yourself during such acts.
