What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Metallic Taste In The Mouth?

I am late for 7weeks now. I thought I am pregnant as I get all the symptom including metal taste and implantation bleeding. About 3 weeks ago, I had light spotting that stopped after 5 days. And now I ve been having light bleeding and clots when I urinate for 5 days, on and off. The bleeding was not like period at all, I can only wipe it with a tissue and do not even fill panty liners. Just a few spots. My test pack is still negative. My USG showed nothing a few days ago. I don t know what I should do as my gyne didn t prescribe anything... And no explanation at all. I m very confused and worried, as I usually have regular 26 days period clock work. I do have 3cm cyste and miom, but doctor said it s nothing to worry about. What should I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I recommend that you wait for 1 more week and repeat both urine and blood pregnancy testing. On some women testing early can provide false negative results. A reappear USG can also be considered at that point. If the tests and USG provide negative results and still you do not start menstruating, then Primulut N can be taken to normalize periods.
