What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Nausea?

I ve been spotting for two days, a little here and there. I ve also been having slight cramping on and off and nausea throughout the day. I ve been extremely exhausted lately as well. My period isn t predicted for another 3 days. Do you think there s a chance I could be pregnant? Thanks in advance.

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be premenstrual symptoms also. Wait for the periods. You may get your periods in few days. Hope it helps.
