I am 33 years old and have PCOS so they say,but never the less i am always spotting now and it is a real pain in the ass. I am also have upper back pain on my right side and upset stomach for about 2 months now. I am always having sinus headaches and am always tired . That is just a small list of issues because i am realy not in a mood to be typing it all down . But i know i am not pregnant so is there anything u can suggest to me to talk to my doctor about or am I to admit myself because i feel like i am going to go crazy here.

Thank you for your query.
Am sorry that you are going through this.

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
1) were your cycles regular? Did you have severe pain during and around the time of your period?
2)any similar family history? Or history of thyroid issues?
3)do you have any pain during intercourse, bowel movements or urinating?
4) do you have children?
5)any weight changes recently?
6) when and how were you diagnosed with PCOS? Scans? Blood tests?

Looking at your symptoms, two points stand out
1) vaginal spotting with back pain.
2)a host of non specific symptoms

Based on this I would like to rule out - Endometriosis
- thyroid hormone imbalances
Endometriosis can cause all your symptoms and needs to be diagnosed and treated. ASAP to preserve fertility. Strong clinical suspicion supported by laparoscopic evidence of endometrial cysts (chocolate cysts) diagnoses the condition.

Blood test along with a detailed history of your symptoms can check for thyroid problems.
Hope this helps. please get to us if you further issues.
Wish you good health
