What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Pain In The Ribs On The Right Side?

I have had very light spotting pink in colour for few hours but not due period for 4 days. I have bad rib pain right side, fatigue, dizziness, sweating. I have had a negative hcg blood test, and all my full blood count, urea and electrolytes, liver panel, kidney panel etc came back normal. I have sharp pains for a few seconds near the bottom right area of abdomen, and hip pain on the left. Doctor thinks I have a virus as he can t explain my symptoms in full and the hcg blood test was negative. Could this be false negative? Like if it was too early in pregnancy like implantation stage to detect it? I m also sometimes having night sweats.

I see that you are due for periods after 4 days only. So it is too early to test for pregnancy. Wait until you have missed your period for at least 4 or 5 days, and conduct a home pregnancy test. The other symptoms are likely due to viral infection. Stay hydrated, take rest and use Tylenol for pain.
