What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Weight Loss?

For the last 3 weeks I have been having Dark red spotting when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is blood or if I wear a maxi pad in an 8 hour period there is only a very minimal about of blood on the pad, along with this I have also been getting light headed and getting headaches and also have been dropping weight without a reason about 2-3lbs a week...what could this be?
