What Causes Vaginal Spotting Before Menstruation?
I m a 21 year old female. Been on birth control for 12 years. Recently I did a round of antibiotics for my mouth. I m supposed to start my period in about five days. For the past two days I have been having very light tinged blood on when I wipe. On the second day I had two small drops in the toilet, now it s back to very light tinged intermittently. Could it be implantation bleeding?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, if you are on some hormone medicine and antibiotic then such menses bleeding is very likely and this may not be implantation, wait for some time if you do not get the regular and normal menses then better to get done the sonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
