What Causes Vaginal Spotting Before Prolonged Menstruation?

Ok I m due to get My monthly in 2 days started light spotting 3days ago, this is the third month this happens and I m on my second month supply witch when I Started taking it I just started my monthly and bleed longer than usual why does this happen?

According to the history you explain it should be better for you to talk with your doctor who will recommend an abdominal ultrasound for you to evaluate the abdomen organs.
