What Causes Vaginal Spotting, Dizziness, Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps?

I am a 54 yr old women and I am spotting blood and I haven t had a period for ten or more yes I stopped the depot shot seven yes ago and my tubes we re tied have some cramping and back Hurt s some what would be coin that feel light headed some dizzy thanks and my bottom part feels dry sore

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the post menopausal bleeding should be kept always of high suspicious of pathological changes involving the cervix or uterus. After clinical examination with per vagina and speculum, I do recommend:
@ Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with transvaginal approach additionally
@ Biopsy of the cervix or endometrium as per the clinical results and co-relation of supportive data facts of radiology

The dizziness and back pain may be in concern with low hemoglobin and secondary changes of primary pathology.
