What Causes Vaginal Spotting During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I was 8 weeks pregnancy last week, and started spotting on Wednesday, then my GP arranged US for me, they can find the yolk sec but no fetus part，it s about 5 weeks 6 days big, and they did a blood test, Hcg was 23649 on Saturday, and 25073 on Monday, it s rising but slowly, and these two days it keeps bleeding. Do I still have hope? pls. give me a opinion.
