What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Menopause?
I am 59 years old post menopausal several years. Hadn t had sex in 10 years, had it recently and had minimal vaginal light pink spots of blood. No other symptoms. Went to gynecologist, did transvaginal ultrasound lining 14mm, saw two abnormal spots. Fibroids I hope??? What are my chances that it is just fibroids. I haven t had an ultrasound of my uterus since child birth years, but never any abnormal vaginal bleeding
