What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi sir.m 27 yrs old I have 2.5 yr old son.my last lmp was 10th august n then in september I missed my period I had a pregnancy positive result...but at 5th week suddenly I noticed spotting then cloting...after dat I had ultra sound things were well but five days back d bleeding got a bit heavy then I had beta hcg which again normal around 3000 but yesterday I was asked for another beta hcg n d result was 586...doc said m losing my baby...is dat true?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Spotting and bleeding is not normal during the pregnancy.
Your spotting and clot followed by the heavy bleeding suggests abortion.
Again decrease in the HCG level suggests no more pregnancy and you have abortion.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan again to know the status of the pregnancy.
Make sure that no pregnancy product should be remained in the uterus.
If retain product will found then it should removed by d & c.
Take rest, proper antibiotic and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
