What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 6 week pregnant. Ultrasound shows heartbeat but I am having vaginal bleeding - light spotting every day. My doctor advised me susten 100mg, folvite and if bleeding doesn't stop gynae c v p. Is it safe? I am bit worried about viability of pregnancy

Thanks for adking.
First ofall... when usg is showing heart beats.. you should be off the tension... be positive.
Bleeding in ealy months of pregnancy is mostly due to hormone progesterone deficiency...& the sustain is the right medicine for it.you can accompany it with cvp gynae ifbleeding continues...Oryou may need increase dosage... you can consult your doctor after 5-7days (for that is the time taken to stop some old accumulated blood in uterus.)
Apart from medication you need to take rest for about a month with the treatment. Phychologicsl &physicak rest has good effect in management.
