General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the dark blackish blood in the urine does indicate urinary tract infection most likely rather than pregnancy as it is with urine.

In my clinic, I do recommend a urine microscopy report first and then according to its results urinary pregnancy test or other work up.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
