What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Urination?

Hi, I went to the restroom earlier and thought I saw traces of blood on the tissue once I put it in the toilet to flush. Then a few minutes ago when I went to use the restroom again I notice a large amount of bright blood on the tissue. I wiped twice and noticed it. Then I came to my room and used a q tip to see if I could identify where it came from exactly but there wasn t any traces of blood on it. What do you think this could be?

Well come to HCM
If you are female then this could be obviously uterine bleeding and could be menses bleeding, you have not mentioned your age and gender here and absence of this such question would be just game of guessing like in second possibility I would say that if you are male then this could be bleeding form anal region, you have give so incomplete information, hope this help, take care.
