What Causes Vaginal Spotting Post Normal Menstruation?

Hello, I had a normal 6-7 day period it went away for 3-4 days and now I am bleeding again but it is very light pink but is clearly blood for two days now. Its not enough to fill a pad but light blood throughout the day when I wipe. What does this mean?

Abnormal vaginal bleeding can sometimes occur. It can be due to a hormonal imbalance, infection, endometriosis, fibroids, side effect of medication, cervical lesions.

If you have any symptoms of infection, this should be treated.

If there are no symptoms of any additional medical problems , then you can consider monitoring to see what happens in your next cycle.
