What Causes Vaginal Spotting While HPT Is Negative?

Its a week before my period I started off spotting light then as the days went on I would bleed on and off its been 5 days I m not having normal menstral bleeding its more like drops this has never happened i took a pregnancy test it came back negative should I be worried

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses could be due to hormone changes if this goes on happening every time or does not stop then you have to see the gynecologist, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
