What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Phentermine?
Hello! I recently started taking a diet pill called phentermine. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now. I’m on birth control pills and never start my period until my 4th sugar pill. Tuesday I started spotting a brown discharge and it’s lasted 2 days! It started exactly 7 days before my expected period. Research says it could be implantation spotting or just a side effect of the phentermine. Should I wait until my expected day to start my period or try taking a pregnancy test in the morning?

I read your question and here is my advice.
I think it is implantation spoting according to ovulation day rather than fentermine side effects.
It is not advisable to take test that early because is to early to be detecred by pregnancy home test. You have to wait for cycle and at least five days later can take a test.
