What Causes Vaginal Spotting While Suffering From Uterine Fibroids?

I have abnormal menstrual and I have been diagnosed with Fibroids. I took birth control but recently decided to stop. I haven t been going through any pain but somehow every other day when I use the bathroom and wipe after I pee it have a small amount of blood and then I don t bleed anymore. What can this be?

Hi, I think it is a side effect of abrupt stopping of birth control pills. It can happen due to that. Other thing can be infections. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics also. Also check your thyroid profile and prolactin levels. It can be due to hormonal imbalances also. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
