What Causes Vaginal Spotting While Trying To Conceive?
I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. I am 44 years old, and I already have 3 children. The first is 10, second 9 and the third is 6 years old. We are trying for a fourth child; and I had a miscarriage in February this year when I was 9 weeks 2 days gone. Presently, I am spotting/bleeding. My doctor placed me on Duphaston 20mg b.d and on diazipam for four days. I am on bed rest at home for two weeks. What do you think sir/ma am? Thank you
Vaginal spotting could be due to vaginal examination, subchorionic hemorrhage, miscarriage, low progesterone, hormonal imbalance and molar pregnancy. Continue to take duphaston. It contain progesterone, reduce the bleeding, maintain the pregnancy and promote the growth of the baby. Take full bed rest till bleeding will disappear. Take treatment under the advice of the gynecologist and regular follow up by USG scan is necessary Hope this may help you
