What Causes Vaginal Spotting With Mild Irritation?

Hello I have been having some irritation on the inside of my vagina after I wash. It only get irritated after I wipe myself and when I wash. And I noticed today that there was a little blood .My menstrual cycle has been off for two days, so I don t know whether I m spotting or is it from the irritation. And also the blood is very little dots that look fresh so I m very unsure what it is please help me.
