What Causes Vaginal Spotting With No Regular Period?

I haven t had my period in months(about3 months)..i have irregular periods..but when I drunk some alcohol and went to the bathroom and wiped I seen a little blood and didn t see no more until a couple days later which is today but only when I wiped still haven t started my period..plz tell me what this means
