What Causes Vaginal Spotting?

Hello, I have recently discovered a few specs of blood after wiping. This has happened before, but usually without a serious follow-up. After inspecting closely, I noticed a scratch at the entrance to the vagina that may have been caused during foreplay about three days ago. Should I be worried about this? Could there be a different reason for the very light bleeding?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having minor cut while doing foreplay giving rise mild bleeding.
If there is no swelling or pain, nothing to worry, within few days it will be healed up.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean.
Ok and take care.
