Hello,
As per your query, it appears to be an issue with
irregular menstruation. Is this the first time it happened? Are you on any medication?
Sometimes medicines cause irregular menstruation. It would be better if you have mentioned your age because in females menstrual issues are related to age and their reasons vary as per age.
I would suggest you visit a gynaecologist because there is need of all medical history of yours, symptoms you have and for how long and physical examination should be done.
After that, if needed your doctor might ask you to get some diagnostic tests done like
ultrasound lower abdomen, some blood work to know the underlying cause behind it.
Once the cause is known to further best treatment option will be adviced by your doctor.
Your doctor will prescribe some medicines if needed. So I would suggest you follow your doctor’s advice on this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
