What Causes Vaginal Tightness, Swelling, Itching And Burning?

I had surgery in january to have one of my overies removed and adhesions from endometriosis. Now I m experiencing vaginal tightness swelling itching and burning. There is no oder or discharge but I am very uncomfortable. I have an appointment with my gyn in a month but I do not know if I can handle symptoms for that long. What could be the cause and what should I do.
