What Causes Vaginal Tissue Drainage During Menstruation?

... Hello! This is marz, i had my 2nd period just yesterday after my dc on april 6, 2017,, the frst period came out last may 18 with heavy flow for about 3 days and spots came after. Am just confused because i found a flesh like thing on my pad thinking it was a blood clot or something but i tried to put it on water and it seems like a flesh. Is this normal?

It may be due to

heavy menstrual bleeding
spontaneous abortion in married women

Get following test done and review with reports
CBC
TSH
USG pelvis
