General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. From your description it sounds like yeast infection. But better to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease by having pelvic examination by Gynecologist and swab test. For yeast infection you can apply Miconazole (monistat 1) cream for local application which is available as over the counter. Using intimate wash daily is also good to normalize your vaginal bacterial flora and PH which will in turn help to get rid off this infection as well as to resist it.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
