What Causes Variations In Scan Result During Pregnancy?

hi, i had an emergency scan at 7 weeks pregnant as i was bleeding. everything was fine however a week later i had another tiny bleed which the midwife wasnt concerned about due to having a scan. im now 10 weeks 5 days pregnant however i did a test today to put my mind at rest and it says 1-2 weeks pregnant. could it be that the 2nd bleed was a miscarriage and it now says that as the hormones are working there way out of my body?

I understand your concern.
I am afraid, a diagnosed pregnancy of 7 months gestation with recurrent bleeds & diminished size ( 1 to 2 weeks) of uterus after one month gap indicates either complete abortion( the abortion at 7 weeks may be in form of a blood clot only) /missed abortion.
This condition needs complete evacuation by medicines/ surgical evacuation as per need.
I would advise you to consult your doctor as early as possible,show the scans & get physically examined to know exact position & get the thing managed by specific treatment.
