General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
Varicocele normally presents with the dragging sensation. In my opinion you should be seen by the urologist so that you can be properly assessed . if the overlying of testis is red and painful to touch then you should immediately go to ER.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
