What Causes Vein Pumping And Throbbing In The Face?
Hi Doctor. Am 55 years old, male. 2 weeks ago I was treated for malaria and during the medication, I started hearing the sound of pumping blood in the vein on the left side of my face between the ear and eye. The pumping sound has now stopped but I still fill the pressure and the throbbing. What is it_
Antimalarial drugs sometimes cause tachycardia (increase in heart rate) due to their cardio toxic effects. So there is feeling of throbbing in the neck.
