What Causes Veins In Lower Leg To Become More Visible And Tender?
I am 21 years old and have recently noticed my veins in my lower legs becoming more visible there is one in particular that has been bothering me. I get a tingly sensation after so much pressure or walking and standing. It also hurts to touch the vein is this something that I should get checked?

The varicose vein in question must be an incompetent perforator which is bothering you.Wear an elastic or crepe bandage on the lower limb while standing or walking.In the meantime consult your doctor.He may advise you color Doppler of lower limb to know exact site and status of perforators.
