What Causes Veins To Throb?

i was running two weeks ago and felt a throb vein on my left temple no headache just tightness and lower neck pain since then i get it only when i exercis within the first 45 min what is this ? no vomit no bad headache

left eye hurts on and off when it comes

Throbbing of veins is not due to exercise.It is actually throbbing of arteries due to increased circulation of blood during exercise which settels after a few minutes.
