What Causes Venous Sinus Thrombosis, SVT Ablation, Pulmonary Embolism With Fluctuating Weight?

I am a 23 year old female and have suffered a venous sinous thombosis, had an SVT ablation, and a Pulmonary embolism in the last 2 years. I have also suffered extreme fluctuations in my weight dropping as much as 25 pounds in a month and a half and gaining as much as 38 pounds in 3 months. My thyroid lab work all has been tested 8 times this year and each time came back 8 times. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been with no changes in my eating or lifestyle. Does anyone have any hints or ideas of what could be going on with me?
