What Causes Vertigo After A Head Injury?

Hello doctors My aunt was ok as six months ago she had a fall and was unconscious all reports were ok of brain CT mei heart N all blood tests Then she started to take lonazep after six months she stopped taking lonazep n again was having same feeling of vertigo n uncousiness Again we had all body tests n with grace of God all tests were ok she had eeg tests n all MRI n CT n heart tests Holter test n blood test ... Now she has been prescribed for lacotide 50 twice daily for 3 months n strocit plus for three months with bp n sugar tablets ....is that ok to give these medicines ...please help

In your case, vertigo is related to head injury may be pons is involved in injury. Can take Vertin. Brainstem injury may be the cause.
