What Causes Vertigo After Receiving A Flu Shot?

Last October, after getting the flu shot, I started having vertigo (no spins but balance was very off and trouble standing straight, and I also had walking pneumonia and trouble breathing. I also had sharp pains in my chest. They put me on Augmentin and it did nothing, then a few weeks later I went on a Zpak and it seemed to work, but my balance took months to improve, but never was 100%. I have not felt well since last year. This past Saturday, I started having GI symptoms, and this morning I had trouble with balance, felt ill, and bit lightheaded. My throat feels dry and ears a bit funny. Sharp pain on top left shoulder. What do you suggest?

@ This is in relation with different situations as
- BPPV ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ) problem of inner ear
- Labyrynthitis - Menier`s disease - drug induced damage - stroke
- Migraines - others .

@ Need thorough clinical examination , ENT work up with need of
otoscopy , MRI brain as per clinician concern for the case .
