Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son, age 51, slightly overweight, always healthy - had a sudden onset of vertigo which lasted all day, blurry vision, and blood pressure readings at rest - 4 different times, of 163/104. He had a stressful day yesterday, but has never experienced anything like this before. Should we take him to a hospital?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your son, it is necessary to get done all the routine test and clinical examination, because looking to the stress condition, hypertension, age these becomes very necessary, because these are the risk factor as long as cardio vascular and cerebrovascular diseases are concern, hope this information helps, take care.
