What Causes Vertigo Along With Headaches And Tinnitus?

My symptoms started with vertigo 5 months ago. It developed into pressure headaches with swimming vision. I went through tests, including an MRI and everything was normal. The symptoms got more mild and left. Now the have returned. I have headaches, pressure behind my nose, and constant ringing in my ears. It feels like I have the flu, but only in my head. I feel healthy from the neck down.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and it seems you are suffering from Meniere's disease. Vertigo along with ringing in the ears points towards a diagnosis of Meniere's disease. I would advise you to consult an ENT and get yourself assessed. For now you should follow a low sodium diet and avoid caffeine. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
