General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your clinical history is concerned taking vitamin B complex caps regularly. Do an MRI scan and neurological clinical examination to rule out major neurological disorders. But your present symptoms dose not justify that you have Meniere disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
