What Causes Vertigo Along With Sweating In Hands And Feet?
I have benign positional vertigo. Was doing great doing the epely and cawthorne exercises, symptoms of vertigo seem to lessen. I find sometimes after sex, that it brings it back. I feel like my body is panicking, causing sweaty hands and feet and I feel dizzy.

I really appreciate your concern, of course such vertigo may be due to vestibular dysfunction, on tentative basis "Tab Betahistine can be used 16 mg three times in day, try to low down the stress because this could be precipitating factor, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
