Understanding your concern. As per your query you have vertigo and blurred vision. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like systemic conditions, ear problem like meniere's disease , cardiovascular disease and other medical conditions , astigmatism or presbyopia . Variation in the sugar level can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order complete blood test , eye test and heart related test . Also doctor may order examination of ear with otoscope along with hearing test and rotatory chair test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist or ophthalmologist for problem to be related with ear or eye respectively . For now avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
