What Causes Vertigo And Difficulty In Bending Over?

I experience vertigo no headache but it leaves me in a dazed and foggy state for a few days after the spinning stops. Some days just get up feeling dazed no spinning. These days I have a problem bending over which causes it to feel worse until I straighten up. Some suggestions?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of vertigo that is positional vertigo.

You have typical bending position only vertigo occurs....so it is positional vertigo.

Middle ear infection may cause vertigo problem.
Consent ENT specialist for further diagnosis.
Otological examination is helpful for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care.
Thanks.
