What Causes Vertigo And Feeling Of Fluid In Ears?

vertigo when I turn from side to side in bed, feels like I have water in my ears. I use earplugs at times but this morning they were wet when I removed them. Tried to dry out the ear with low setting of blowdryer. No luck. Then tried two drops of ETOH in the ear and it burned down to my throat like I have a hole from my ear down my jaw to my throat.

hello, thanks for your query,dizziness spells during changing posture while sleeping could be from bppv. ear drops coming from ear to throat could be a perforation.kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon for balance tests and audiometry to rule out any deafness. hope I have answered your query, all the best. take care.
