What Causes Vertigo And Nausea?

dizzy -told i have vertigo now i vomit only once cause my stomach is so nauseous! Can salt intake do this?will chinese food do this? i had this last nightfall dinner. symptoms hasn t change for three weeks! blood presure is 135/93 no fever water intake is 70 ounces a day! feeling fine until i bend over Thanks Mike

* vertigo with nausea sound to be associated with gastric or intestine infection via Chinese food.
* Need assessment of primary parameters from your doctor and treat accordingly with oral rehydration salt, antiemetic, antibiotic medicines.
