What Causes Vertigo, Nausea And Vomiting?

I had an attack of vertigo, coupled with hot clammy skin, and nausea & vomiting which lasted for awhile. My husband took me to an emergency room close by but all the tests they ran came back okay. My pcp ordered a test on my carotid arteries; but those tested fine. I still don t understand what happened. Should I request further testing to see if they can determine what caused it?

Hi,

You should request an appointment with ENT doctor because the problem may be related to inner ear issues. Meniere's disease for example.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
